Greek Layer Dip

This Greek layer dip is such a great party food! We love this dip on football Sundays, for entertaining friends, or to bring to weekend parties!

A very long time ago, Shaun and I would wake up on a Sunday morning (at whatever time we wanted!), head to the grocery store for our weekly shopping and then come home to cook lots of food to devour while watching football all day. It was so fun and something we looked forward to all week long. We used that opportunity to try new recipes and snack all day.

Things have certainly changed over the years (enter 2 kids), but we still love to make some fun food for football Sunday, including this Greek layer dip.

You guys…this dip is soooo good. It’s so different than most other dips that are filled with mayo and cream cheese. Greek layer dip is hearty yet light and refreshing and full of so much great flavor.

It’s been a while since we’ve made this one, but I think it’s time to bring it back into rotation. While Greek layer dip is great for hanging on the couch, it’s also a delicious dip and dish for summers outside. I’m pulling this one out of the archives to make again soon!
