Maple Sweet Potatoes
These maple sweet potatoes make the perfect dinner or Thanksgiving side dish! Sweet and savory with a bit of acidity, these maple sweet potatoes are roasted to glazed perfection.
Aren’t fall foods just the best? There is something so comforting about fall food and fragrances wafting through the kitchen. Give me all the cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup, all while I’m enveloped in a cozy cardigan with some candles lit. (If that doesn’t say Enneagram 9, I don’t know what does!). One of my favorite fall activities is fall cooking and baking. Not only are fall recipes so fun, but the flavors are so delicious. For the moments I don’t want to invest a lot of time in the kitchen, I turn to simple recipes like these maple sweet potatoes.
Not only are they easy to make, but they are so delicious; a perfect combination of sweet (from the maple syrup) and savory (from the apple cider vinegar and a hit of sea salt). These maple sweet potatoes make a perfect Thanksgiving side dish, a wonderful dinner dish or a warm, healthy snacks.
And, the result of roasting these taters in maple syrup, cider vinegar and cinnamon was a soft sweet potato with a light gooey glaze...could they look any prettier?! They sort of look like little sweet potato gems. That you can eat.

These Candy Cane Kiss Chocolate Cookies are the best of all worlds - a soft chocolate cookie that’s loaded with cocoa flavor and topped with a Candy Cane Hershey Kiss, the superior Hershey Kiss in my opinion!
